GPS HUD Speedometer for Cars

Clear Speed Display Without Looking Down

This GPS Heads-Up Display provides real-time vehicle speed directly in your line of sight, helping you check your speed more conveniently while keeping your attention on the road.

Key Features

Advanced GPS + BDS Technology
Uses dual-mode GPS + BDS positioning with a 10Hz refresh rate and support for up to 32 satellites, providing fast and stable real-time speed tracking.

Large, Easy-to-Read MPH Display
Displays speed in MPH by default, up to 115 MPH. The large font and anti-reflective metal shading make the display easier to read during daytime driving, including while wearing sunglasses.

Automatic Brightness Adjustment
A built-in light sensor automatically adjusts screen brightness according to ambient lighting for better daytime visibility and more comfortable nighttime driving.

USB Plug & Play
Powered through a 5V USB connection. No OBD port or complicated installation is required. Compatible with most cars, trucks, and motorcycles equipped with a USB port.

GPS-Based Speed Measurement
The display uses GPS positioning to calculate vehicle speed. A small variation of approximately 0.6–1.8 MPH may occur depending on signal conditions and driving environment.

  • Very useful!

I got this HUD back in september to test it against my speedometer. I have a 2010 tahoe 5.3L and i always suspected that the speedometer was marking lower than my actual speed. Well, this little device proved my suspicion right. At 45mphs the HUD marks 50mph and above 50mph, there’s a difference anywhere from 6-8mphs less than the HUD. It all started when i had to start going thru some construction zones with speed traps and i would always register above the limit but my speedometer was marking the speed limit. Now, i waited a while to write the review because i wanted to test the HUD for a bit. Tested the HUD against 2 different GPS Speed apps on 2 different phones running side by side and my dash cam which also provides gps speed for recordings. All were even in the speed except the speedometer. The speed traps are also on par with the HUD which can help save me from a ticket. As you can see in my video, the speed goes up very smooth in increments of 1 unit instead of jumping speeds and you can also see how the HUD marks different from the speedometer. I definitely recommend this HUD for anyone having the same issue as me.

  • Useful little tool

This heads-up speedometer works really well. I mainly use it because there are a lot of speed cameras in my area, and I don’t want to constantly look down at my dashboard to check my speed. Having the speed displayed at eye level makes driving feel safer and more convenient. In terms of accuracy, it’s typically within +/- 2 mph of my car’s built-in speedometer, which is more than accurate enough for everyday driving. I was using it while it was raining. Also, mine only had mph, you cannot change to km/h. The only thing I would improve is the wire placement. The cable currently faces toward the windshield, which makes the setup a little less clean than it could be. It would be much better if the wire faced toward the driver instead. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who wants an easy way to monitor their speed without taking their eyes off the road.

  • Essential piece of kit

I don't usually leave reviews but this K1 unit really deserves a good one. No more eyes leaving the road to make sure my speed hasn't crept too high, particularly in the 20mph zones. It's accurate, very easy to install with a super-long USB cable, enough to route it unobtrusively and I don't need to stick the supplied reflector on the windscreen as the number is totally readable without it. I rarely drive at night so haven't experienced that as yet. This little thing has literally transformed my driving experience and I'm delighted with it, I just wish I'd learned about them before they were mentioned on a driver awareness course.
